Shipping Policy

High Grades CBD & Hemp Dispensary shipping information 


Orders over $100 include FREE USPS Priority Shipping, (for all other orders under $99 & below there will be a USPS Shipping cost of +$7.99). As the mailability of hemp products gains mass mail acceptance, we will continually add more shipping options so our customers have flexibility and security when making their purchase. Most recently, we have added UPS Ground as a shipping option and plan to re-introduce 2nd Day and Next Day Air options on select products. **Please note, we are starting to fully insure and require signatures on select USPS shipments that have a 'high value.' In the past, we would just 'upgrade' any higher value orders to our preferred carrier UPS, but some customers would rather go with the post office's priority mail service. This is fine, however we will need a signature for some shipments.
All online orders are packaged discreetly in the order they are received. We currently run at a 2-day handling time (DOES NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS) but do our best to get packages out the same day or next business day.


(Common questions we recieve) "I just placed an order for High Grades CHD. What happens next?"
First off, thank you for making a purchase with High Grades CBD Hemp Dispensary! After making your purchase:1) The Webserver will send an order confirmation along with a receipt via email. We (the merchant) will receive a copy as well so we can prepare the order and generate a shipping label. If you didnt receive an email, we can find the order by your name and resend. 
2) Once the label is printed (Remember up to 2 day handling time), you should receive an additional email notification that will include tracking information powered by Invoice 101. 
3) Track your order via the carriers website (usps, ups, fedex) so you know when to expect its arrival. NOTE, IT MAY BE SMART TO SIGN UP FOR UPDATES WITH YOUR PACKAGE CARRIER. 
4) And that's it! Enjoy your order and embrace the wonderful therapeutic power of CBD-rich flower, Delta 8 without the effects of THC!

Please check your spam/promtions folder as email accounts like gmail/yahoo/hotmail tend to filter auto-generated emails that have valuable tracking information. 


Please keep in mind, we are not the post office so our tracking information will be the same as what you can see online. PLEASE, NOTE because of Covid 19 and natural weather disaster's the post offiec. UPS and other carriers have been experiencing delays! Do not be made with us, if this happens with your package!!! We only can control what we can control!


Common Questions we get... (CQ)"My package is missing items!"  We apologize if you didn't receive everything you ordered. If this is simply just a mistake on our end, the missing products will be shipped out ASAP at no additional charge. However, we will verify the order contents with a picture we take of the interior of the shipping envelope. Unfortunately we've had to take more extraordinary measures than ever planned to prevent scams, so you might be asked to text/email a picture of your order contents so we can compare it to the picture of what we sent out.


(CQ) My package says delivered, but it's not here? 
Please give it up to 24 hours for your package to show up. Although it might say delivered on the tracking, sometimes carriers scan the code in error prior to the package being dropped off. It's also always a good idea to try to talk to your local carrier who physically drops the packages off in your mailbox.**Please note: CBD Hemp Direct does not cover package theft. If the tracking says delivered, we assume the package has been delivered.


(CQ)**My package was lost "in-transit" 
In the event the package does not make it to you, we will do our best to locate it and/or possibly file an insurance claim. If the package was indeed lost and/or a claim awarded, we will resend the order at no additional charge.


          (CQ)"The mail carrier is asking me for a signature, do I need to sign?"
Yes, we have started to require a signature for both 'high value' UPS and USPS deliveries. This is to ensure packages arrive on-time to the recipient, so we appreciate your cooperation.
